• Pool maintenance:
  Please be advised that the Hunguest Hotel Pelion will be undergoing its annual maintenance
  between 3 - 6 November 2024, so the funbath will not be operational during this period.
  During these days, the Turkish bath with 2 thermal pools, indoor children's pool, sauna area (sauna, infrared sauna, bio sauna, steam cabin, salt cabin), fitness room are at the disposal of our guests in the wellness area of the hotel.

• Payment terms in non-priority period

• the 3rd day before arrival at 14:00, in case of cancellation or no-show after 14:00, the penalty is 50% of the ordered service, but at least 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.

Cancellation fee in priority periods

• (15 March, Easter weekend, Pentecost weekend, autumn and winter school holidays) the deadline for cancellation free of charge is 14:00 14 days before arrival, and for the summer period from 07.01. to 31.08. and for the end of year holidays: from 12.23. to 01.02. the deadline for cancellation free of charge is 14:00 30 days before arrival.
  In the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this time, the penalty is 50% of the service ordered.
