	We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Please make sure to bring the required ID’s with you, this will be from 1 January 2023 mandatory for children as well to use our services. Further information: vizainfo.hu/en/guests In accordance with the relevant government decree, we may currently welcome guests in our hotels from both Hungary and abroad without restriction (immunity certificate). Guests and staff alike may choose whether to wear a mask at their own discretion. The rate do not include the amount of the local tax, which is in 2025 (over 18 years of age) is HUF 790/person/night - and should be paid on spot. Parking place: 228 cars and 3 buses Check-in and check-out: Rooms can be occupied from 14.00 and vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
	The Classic rooms do not have a balcony, but are otherwise identical to the double rooms. A limited number of rooms are available subject to availability by prior arrangement and reservation. Room Supplements: These room types are: Family room with connecting door, Junior flat, Luxury flat. Special room types are available in limited numbers and can only be booked by prior arrangement. Reductions for children: 0-3,99 years: free meals and accommodation in parents' room with extra bed or cot. 4-11,99 years: 50% discount on the adult rate when staying in the parents' room with an extra bed. Children over 12 years pay the adult rate.
	Request your HH loyality card, which will save you 10% in the form of a points credit on future bookings. Prices are subject to change depending on availability. Pets: not allowed in the entire hotel. Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel!

Cancellation and payment conditions:

	50% of the accommodation price must be paid in advance by bank transfer within 5 days of booking and the balance must be paid in cash, or by credit card, on arrival at reception. 	Free cancellation period In the Christmas and holiday period (23.12-29.12.2025 and 01.01-04.01.2026) the cancellation deadline is 14:00 on the 14th day before arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show after this deadline, the penalty is 50% of the ordered service.
