Payment and cancellation policy

You can pay upon arrival except during public holidays, long weekends and school holidays. All bookings which have been made for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays require a deposit which is 50% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 14 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival. All bookings which have been made for Christmas and Christmas holiday require a deposit which is 50% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 30 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival. All bookings which have been made for New Year's Eve require a deposit which is 100% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 30 days prior to arrival. All bookings which have been made for the long weekend of 20th august require a deposit which is 50% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 30 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival.

All bookings which have been made for mid or low season can be cancelled until 14:00 on the day before arrival with no extra charge. All cancellations which have been made after 14:00 on the day before arrival or on the arrival date will have a cancellation fee, which is the price of 1 night/room. All bookings which have been made for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays can be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 14 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total amount. All bookings which have been made for Christmas and the Christmas holiday can be cancelled 31 days prior to arrival with no extra charge.
