	From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. The accepted documents are: identity card or passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. Pursuant to Government Decree (X. 4), a HUF 50 redemption fee per piece must be paid for non-reusable products subject to a mandatory redemption fee. The scope of the regulation covers consumer packaged metal, plastic and glass beverage packaging with a capacity of 0.1-3 litres. 	Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days. Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are limited; please check with the hotel reception.
	Prices for children under 4 years free of charge; 4 to 12 years sharing a room with parents in an extra bed 50% of the adult price; 12 years and over: we charge an adult price.
	Apply for the Hunguest Frequent Guest Card, which can mean 10% savings in the form of points credit for subsequent bookings. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Please confirm the order for the New Year's Eve period with the full, 100% reservation value, within 5 days after the booking. The bank account number: (IBAN HU67) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0036 (Swift: GIBAHUHB). Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail before the transfer by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. After receipt of the advance payment, the invoice will be sent by post.

The free cancellation deadline for the New Year's Eve period is the 60th day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the penalty is the full amount of the ordered service. In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected discount / payment method or promotional code apply.
