The accepted documents for Hungarian citizens are: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services.   • Pursuant to Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products subject to a mandatory redemption fee.   • Local tourist tax: 600 HUF/person/night (all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates.
  • Parking: 2 000 HUF/car/night
Check-in, check-out
  • Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Extra charge:
    • Early check-in: 14 EUR / room
    • Late check-out: 26 EUR / room
  • Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are limited; please check with the hotel reception.

  • Meals: the price of the halfboard meals included in the offer (is EUR 35 per adult per night, EUR 17 per night for children aged 4-12 years.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Fizetési módok
  • Bookings for the Christmas period must be confirmed with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking.
    The bank account number: (IBAN HU67) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0036 (Swift: GIBAHUHB).
    Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail before the transfer by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. After receipt of the advance payment, the invoice will be sent by post.
  • The remaining balance can be paid on arrival by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express card or or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card, or Hunguest Hotels gift card.
Fizetési és lemondási feltételek
  • The cancellation deadline for the Christmas period is 30 days prior to arrival, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is 50% of the service ordered.
  • In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.
