	From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. The accepted documents for Hungarian citizens are: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. 	Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged. Payment and cancellation conditions

Bookings for the Christmas period must be confirmed with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking. The bank account number: Erste Bank (EUR): (IBAN: HU06) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0067 (Swift: GIBAHUHB). Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail before the transfer by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@hotelaquasol.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. After receipt of the advance payment, the invoice will be sent by post. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express card or or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card, or Hunguest Hotels gift card.

The cancellation deadline for the Christmas period is 30 days prior to arrival, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is 50% of the service ordered. In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.
