From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023, children will also be required to show a photo document in order to use our services. According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. The decree applies to consumer packaging for beverages made of metal, plastic, and glass with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 3 liters. The amount of the tourist tax is 600 HUF/person/night in 2024 (for all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates.

The guest may cancel or postpone their reservation in non-special periods within 3 days before arrival. If the cancellation or modification is made later, we reserve the right to ask the 70% of the cost of the reservation as a cancellation fee, or min. 1 day stay.
