  • We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Please make sure to bring the required ID’s with you, this will be from 1 January 2023 mandatory for children as well to use our services. Further information: vizainfo.hu/en/guests
  • The local tax is 500 HUF (cca. 1.8 EUR)/person/night that the rates do not include, and should be paid on spot.
  • Parking: parking is available in the hotel's parking lot, closed by a barrier and monitored by a camera, on a first-come, first-served basis, at a fee of 1300 HUF/ car / night. (150 cars)
Check-in, check-out
  • Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. We can provide a package room for earlier arrivals or later departures, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

  • Meals - the price of the meals (buffet breakfast and dinner) included in the above special offer in 2022 (the amount is already included in the price):
    • 10 000 HUF / adult / night (service charge included), and
    • 5 000 HUF / child (4-11,99 years) per night (with service charge).
Pótágy árak
  • Our hotel consists of two parts, the modern Hotel Eger and the baroque Park Hotel. In the modern Hotel Eger we have a reception, a welness area, a children's corner and a Piano Drink Bar. The baroque-style Park Hotel is accessible via an internal and closed corridor. In this part of the building you will find our Restaurant, our Winter Garden and our Chestnut Terrace which is open in summer.
  • A limited number of rooms are available, subject to availability, by prior arrangement and reservation.
  • Discounts for children*:
    • 0-4 years: free board and lodging in parents' room with extra bed or cot
    • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the price for adult guests sharing room with parents
    • Children over 12 years pay adult price.
      * If you wish to bring a child, you must book at least the Comfort room. Our Standard rooms are not suitable for baby cots, 3 or more persons!

  • Claim your Hunguest Hotels Individual Frequent Guest Card, which can save you 10% on future bookings in the form of a points credit.
  • Please note that in the context of special promotions, the crediting of points for the loyalty card and the application of point redemption are sometimes excluded, so certain offers cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts!
  • Pets. Please make sure to inform us of your pet's arrival when booking. The pet surcharge is HUF 4.500 per night, regardless of size.

Rules and regulations of payment:

  • Our hotel reserves the rights to adapt different prepayment and cancellation regulation for chosen periods. If the advance is not transfered at the mentioned deadline we are forced to cancel your reservation.
  • Reservations can be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival without penalty, and if cancelled within 3 days, 30% of the prepaid amount will be charged as a penalty. If cancelled within 3 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a penalty and the amount will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
