  • The rates do not include the local tax. The amount of tourist tax (over 18 years of age) is 4% of the net room rate (rate without breakfast and VAT).
  • We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Please make sure to bring the required IDs with you, this will be from 1 January 2023 mandatory for children as well to use our services.
  • According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. The decree applies to consumer packaging for beverages made of metal, plastic, and glass with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 3 liters.   • The booked services will be paid in cash (HUF, EUR) or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO) upon arrival.
  • Should you order hotel services without paying an advance, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered upon arrival at the latest.

  • The Customer undertakes to inform the hotel, in writing of any cancellation, modifications or any other change to the services ordered by him/her prior to the start of the service.
  • In the case of individual orders (max. 5 rooms), cancellation free of charge is possible two days before arrival.
  • If the Guest does not arrive or does not cancel his/her reservation by the appropriate deadline, the cancellation fee is the cost of the first night.
  • In case of online reservation, you can find the cancellation and payment policy on your confirmation
