HOTEL ETIQUETTE FOR DOG PARENTS

We are happy that you and your beloved pet have choosen Hunguest BÁL Resort for your
vacation!
For a stress-free stay please follow the etiquette rules below:

1. Always keep your dog leashed at the public areas of the hotel.
2. Please keep your dog under the supervision of a person who can control the behaviour of the dog!
3. According to the actual legal restrictions in Hungary, dogs are not allowed at the spa department and the beach. There is no designated dog beach in Balatonalmádi, but you can bathe your dog at the stairway between the pier and the hotel beach.
4. Dogs, excluding guide or assistance dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and Skyrose bar. Your beloved pet can join you at the terrace of the restaurant and Lobby bar.
5. We provide water for the dogs upon request. (food not)
6. Please only leave your dogs in the room alone if they used to loneliness and as short periods of time as possible.
7. The hotel textiles (bed linen and towels) are prepared for the owners, please do not let the dog in the bed and do not wipe its feet with the towels prepared for human guests. We charge an extra cleaning fee of HUF 50,000 - 100,000 for improper use.
8. The cleaning of the hotel room is carried out when the dog is not in the room, please let the reception know this. Daily cleaning is possible between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. In all other cases, we ask that the "Pet in the room" hanger be used on the door handle of the room.
9. To keep the hotel area clean, please use the excrement bags provided free of charge.
10. Please let us know in advance if you are coming with your dog! The hotel has a limited number of dog friendly rooms.
11. Please do not put your pets in the shower! In all cases, owners are financially responsible for their pet's behavior, possible damage, and extra cleaning.
